I'm a memory keeper
I started my photography business almost 8 years ago, but my journey as a memory keeper began in childhood. I can remember receiving my first camera when I was 10, a polaroid. I'd take it everywhere with me, even then there was a tug at my heart to freeze moments in time.
I live in Conshohocken, PA with my sweet little family. My husband and I were blessed with two of the most beautiful, amazing kids (I know, I'm biased). We blinked, and they are 8 and 4 already! This season of life is such a wildly chaotic, beautiful mess, and as I've learned, oh so fleeting.
Here's a fun little fact about me, I grew up in Conshy!
After my son was born, I finally found the courage and confidence to pursue my passion and make photography a career. I was led by my heart, and the desire to be home with my babies as much as possible. It turned out, that not only was I making my dreams come true and creating a legacy, I was discovering my true purpose as a mother and photographer.
My kids inspire me every day, but a lot of my passion for keeping all of these memories is driven my the loss of my parents. My heart longs for more photographs with them, something tangible that I can hold and feel the love between us. I have those old snapshots, but I wish professional family sessions were a thing then. There is just something special about what a photographer's eye can capture for you.
Being able to capture the true essence of a family, giving the gift of moments that may not otherwise be captured has given me my voice. I have never, ever felt more confident in my life than I do behind my lens and my art. I'm an introvert, but with my camera in hand, I know no fear (clients can attest to this, IYKYK, haha).
